One thing I found out is that you do have to bring an official copy of your exam to take my NCLEX exam verification. Some schools will not accept you at all if you don’t have an official copy of your exam. That is why I always recommend that you bring your official exam before you register for the test, so that you have proof that you took the exam.
Iunderstand that many of us have our own exams, but that’s not really the same thing. For instance, if you’re taking the NCLEX after you took the NCLEX in high school, it’s not the same as if you took it first and then the NCLEX in college. Also, NICEx is just like a high school diploma. Your test scores and GPA should still be the same.
There are programs out there that allow you to access your test scores and other information electronically so that you can compare what you’ve done over the years. It’s like an online program, except it won’t cost you a dime.
All test score report and feedback on NCLEX preparation come from people who have taken the same test. It’s very difficult to get what will be your individual scores if you’ve taken the exam twice.
It’s also very difficult to double-check what you might be thinking about if you’re not sure what kind of test you’re taking. Some tests are harder than others and some tests are easier than others.
If you’re taking the NCLEX for the first time, be sure to make a list of the specific kinds of questions that you might find on the exam so that you know what questions you will be up against. Be sure to research the test beforehand, so that you know what you’re looking for.
Many times, the test will not be given in a single sitting, so be prepared to take multiple practice tests before you sit for the actual exam. Although you can take a practice test immediately before you take the exam, sometimes you’ll want to take a practice test while you’re actually on campus, in order to be sure that you know what the test is about and how you’re supposed to answer certain questions.
