The NCLEX exam, the NCLEX-V, is for those who want to become doctors, not nurses or doctors. It’s also one of the most difficult exams in the world. If you are going to take the exam, be prepared for the psychological pressures it can put on you.
The exam site for the NCLEX is in the Philippines. It is set up in the G.A. Domingo Medical Center in the town of Antipolo. It’s where most applicants are interviewed before the test takes place.
The main question facing the NCLEX is how many candidates are likely to show up to take the exam? It’s a big number of people. Because the Philippines has a large population, the total number of applicants could be very high.
They will conduct a lot of physical examinations, mental health tests and interviews with your family. In all, a candidate must fill out around four hundred and sixty pages of paperwork. Since so many people will show up, there is no way to analyze this exam and come up with an accurate reading of who is not a candidate.
One psychology test is known as the Attitude Test. It is designed to gauge your personality. This test includes many questions that do not relate to any medical concerns and it is not designed to diagnose any mental illnesses. It is very easy to breeze through this test, but you may not get the results you were hoping for.
The NCLEX-V is broken into three sections: Clinical Knowledge, Skills and Medical Terminology. Each section has five sub-sections. Each sub-section has ten questions to answer. To pass the exam, you need to answer each question correctly and use all the information provided. These time restraints are what made the test so challenging to prepare for.
The other problem with the mental health questions is that they’re rather tough. There are many words that are used to describe anxiety, depression, social anxiety, anxiety and panic. Some of them sound foreign to English. All of the questions have numerous vocabulary questions and multiple choice questions.
Another problem with the clinical knowledge questions is that they’re rather lengthy. The content is general and it is very broad. You won’t be tested on actual diagnosis or surgical skills. There are many questions on anatomy and physiology that may seem elementary, but they are actually not.
In some countries, people aren’t allowed to practice medicine in another country. Doctors are not allowed to visit other countries to learn about their systems. So how will you get good practice in the Philippines? You can’t.
The problem is that the Philippines doesn’t allow foreign practitioners to spend more than two days a week in the country. They have no residency requirements and it isn’t a requirement to attend any classes. This means that if you want to study in the Philippines, you will be practicing in the Philippines.
